Pacific Exteriors LLC is a siding contractor based in Washington, Oregon, and Georgia. I updated company assets like business cards, informational folders, and photos whilst creating SEO-rich social content daily.
I was the first hire for the marketing assistant position at Pacific Exteriors LLC, meaning much of my day to day was decided on the fly. Responsibilities and deadlines frequently changed and were added to my plate whilst others circled out.

One big hurdle was identifying a social brand kit that functioned between myself and Ben’s two different production styles. Our storytelling styles were quite different, and creating graphics and assets we could both use within our content despite these differences aligned the brand.
Outside of the social brand kit, I also maintained and created website assets to use as the company launched a new brand, switched CRMs, and changed website providers in the same quarter. A lot of quick tasks, like updating logos across platforms, were left to me.
The marketing assistant role at Pacific Exteriors LLC encompassed a lot: content production, socials management, website maintenance, and CRM auditing. But the creative portions were a fun challenge.
